To what countries do you ship?

Due to regulations I am currently only shipping to the Netherlands. I am looking into the tax rules and regulations so I can ship to more countries. Sign up to the newsletter or follow me on my Instagram if you want to stay up-to-date on the matter.

What are the shipping & handling costs?

Shipping & handling depends on the weight of your order and whether you use track & trace. Please check the shipping and delivery page for more details.

Why didn't I get a confirmation email about my order?

You might have used the incorrect email address. Contact info@ficturabooks.com with your issue, the email address you believe you used, the contents of your order an the address it is to be sent to. With this information I hope to locate your order and send you the track number email.

Why haven't I received an email with the tracking number?

First check if you used track & trace for your order. If yes, did you receive an confirmation email about your order? If also yes, please contact info@ficturabooks.com providing your order number and stating the issue so I can look into it.

I entered the wrong address for my order, what should I do?

Please contact info@ficturabooks.com as soon as possible, provide your order number and correct address. If your order has not yet been sent out, I can still change the address.

My pet has different colors, do you do re-colors of your illustrations?

There are a lot of different color versions of many of the illustrations I created. I am willing to do a re-color of already existing work that can be found in the shop for a price. Any products made with this color will be seen as personalized work and cannot be returned or refunded. For re-coloring illustrations contact me at info@ficturabooks.com.

Do you do pet commissions?

I can do re-colors (see re-color question). I am currently not open for pet commissions that aren't re-colors.

Could you illustrate my picture book?

Depends on the size of the project. Please understand I will not do this for free. Send the details to info@ficturabooks.com and I will check my availability.
