  • Times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. They will be influenced by weather or a busy season. 
  • I will be using PostNL. If another delivery service is preferred, please contact me about this. I cannot guarantee your preferred service is available in my region though, but I can look into it.

Processing time

I will process orders within 5 business days. Keep in mind that this is a one-person studio. This means when a lot of orders have come in, it may take longer. This will be communicated on my socials. When I have an event it can also take longer.

When your order ships out, you'll receive an email. If you choose for a track & trace shipping method, this will also include the tracking number.

Refunds & returns

Under EU consumer law you can return most orders withing 14 days of receiving them.

  • Email info@ficturabooks.com with your order number to start a return.
  • Send items back within 5 days after informing me, unused and in orignal condition.
  • You are responsible for the return postage unless the item was faulty or wrong.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 days of the return arriving. It is not possible to change this payment method.

The following items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged:

  • Personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • B-grade items
  • Clearance items
  • Mystery bags, mystery boxes, oopsie bags or anything similar

Lost, late or damaged

Arrived damaged? Send a photo within 7 days. I either replace the item or refund you. Broken items don't need to be returned.
  • If you used track & trace and it hasn't arrived the time as mentioned in "Rates & delivery times" please contact me so I can check with the carrier what is going on and go from there to fix the problem. This may include resending your order or refunding you.
  • Untracked mail is at your own risk, I cannot resend or refund you.
