Shipping to the Netherlands

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order, starting at €4.25. Every shipment will be sent with track & trace. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days.

Shipping to EU Countries

I ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days.

Shipping to Other Countries

At this moment, I do not ship to countries other than those mentioned above. This is purely due to the research and time required to set everything up. If you would still like to place an order, please contact me, and I can see what I can do.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact info@ficturabooks.com to report your return. The purchase amount will be refunded only after the returned items have been received.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
• B-grade and clearance products are not accepted for return.
• Products that have been personalized are not accepted for return.
• The cost of return shipping is in most cases your responsibility. Please contact us for more information.
